My name is Jiří Pavelka, and I am the owner of ORCHESTRA Instruments. I found joy in discovering, developing, creating and achieving the perfect sound which is going to resonate with my entire self. I replace imbalance with harmony in order to reach the perfect balance. I create HiFi audio cables that allow me to understand the world of music in a completely different and truthful way.
Key Features of our Products
I started developing HiFi audio cables because I simply wanted to have noncommercial cables that can transfer the signal as efficiently as possible. It was important for me to create uncompromising audio cables that are necessary for developing my own audio components.
Soon after starting the developing process I realised how priceless the cables are. How much they can take or give. How much they can change the signal or how they can make the signal as similar to the original as possible. I was keen on making all the components and materials in alignment with one another in order to create the perfect jumper cables.
Sound Truth Is My Inspiration
ORCHESTRA Instruments cables are not supposed to correct audio systems in any way. They do not change the nature of the signal to make it more or less likeable. It does not matter how you connect the cable itself, it is never going to „correct“ the specific frequency band. My motivation and inspiration come from the sound characteristics of acoustic instruments.

I work with other music specialists with whom I precisely study and discuss the characteristics of the specific acoustic instruments. No matter how complicated the application itself is, I always apply the gained knowledge into the developing process and discuss it with the experts afterwards. ORCHESTRA Instruments s. r. o. (Ltd) collaborates exclusively with selected suppliers. ORCHESTRA Instruments is currently the main supplier of Zingali Acoustics, Cyrus Audio, Grandinote, Kuzma LTD in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Production Technology
I could spend hours describing the production technology or the processes and details of the production in general. This, however, is my know-how. It is not even my intention to describe all the individual steps, the most important thing is the final result. There are without a doubt plenty of approaches to the production processes, but I always like to stick to my own.
There are several basic parameters, which I would like to share with you. ORCHESTRA Instruments cables are a result of my own production development, physical measuring, and assessing all the subtleties related to the transferring of the signal itself. I have never used any type of technology or material without measuring and testing all the possible positive and negative effects myself.
I use my own dielectric and dumping technology with unique properties. In order to produce the dielectrics, I use A.D.T. material, which stands for Absolute Damping Technology. The material is made on the basis of organic polymers that are known for their extreme adhesion with excellent electromechanical properties. This is a fundamental basis of the high-end ORCHESTRA Instruments cables. There are also other types of materials. These materials as a whole form a conductor with brilliant electric and mechanical properties. I only use solid core conductors and graphite fibres with the highest quality possible.
Handmade Products and Maximalist Approach
ORCHESTRA Instruments cables are all handmade. Everything is under my direction – from cleaning the material, dielectric application, geometry adjusting and measuring it, to soldering and shrouding the cables. My intention Is to achieve the best possible result that is going to transferring the input signal as faithfully as possible, and therefore bring joy and positive emotions to the client from music listening.

Although I put maximum effort into the making of all the conductors and the audio cables in general, I cannot manufacture the basic input materials myself, and therefore I have to rely on my suppliers. All the solid core conductors are purchased from reputable producers that guarantee the highest quality. The quality criteria do not concern just the materials with copper or silver (99.999), but the graphene fibres as well. I am committed to achieving the highest production standards, and I insist on using only certain types of input materials in order to reach the desired result.
- All the RCA cables are staffed with referential connectors made by KLE Eichmann. These connectors provide us with the best conditions for the signal to be transferred because of the patented geometry of the pins.
- Fork spade connectors and tube connectors are manufactured by ORCHESTRA Instruments. I always make sure that the conditions in which the signal is transferred are at the highest level.
- Fork spade connectors and tube connectors are made of pure copper. They are handmade as well, and they are silver-plated (20um). I do not do gold or rhodium plating, because these processes might worsen the electric properties of the connector.

ORCHESTRA Instruments audio cables have been on display at many high-end exhibitions since 2013 (in Prague, Bratislava, Trnava, and Vienna).
There are four categories of audio cables based on the material that was used for the conductor inside. When it comes to metallic conductors, they always have a solid core. Every metallic conductor and every metallic component go through cryogenic processes in liquid nitrogen (-196C) in order to eliminate defects and tensions in the crystal lattice. The process is followed by chemical cleaning and polishing. After the dielectric is inserted, the conductor can be put together, and the process of shielding and top coating can begin.
CU – series – the material of the conductor is made of pure copper
CU/AG series – the material of the conductor is made of silver-plated copper (silver – 15 uF)
AG – series – the material of the conductor is made of pure silver (99.999)
C – series – carbon graphite fibre
The high-end cables, or more precisely the material of the dielectric are labelled as PTFE, which is characterised by the high quality of Teflon. The high-end reference series are labelled as ADT.
CU series (PTFE) – the basic high-end aucio cable series. The material of the conductor (solid core) made of oxygen-free copper, is inserted in the Teflon dielectric. It is an excellent price-performance ratio. The cables provide the listener with great coherence in the whole frequency range. The performance is vibrant and dynamic (speaker cable series Red Star).
AG and CU-AG series (PTFE) – the basic high-end audio cable series. As far as the AG series is concerned, the material is made of pure silver (99.999). On the other hand, the CU-AG series material is made of silver-plated copper. The conductor is inserted in the PTFE of the dielectric. Both of the series have a solid core. The AG series is specific for its clear and analytically accurate reproduction. The nature of the CU-AG series is „warmer“. Considering the dielectric and the connectors, the PTFE series are coherent, dynamic and have high resolution.
AG and CU-AG series (A.D.T.) – a high-end audio cable series made of ADT dielectric material. ADT, in contrast to PTFE, brings much more clarity, coherence, and dynamics. The harmonic frequencies create airiness, space, and the readability of the individual aliquots is much better. In general, reproduction seems more stable, strong, and mature.
C series A.D.T. is a referential high-end series made of carbon fibres. It is currently a „state of art“ series in the ORCHESTRA Instruments portfolio. Carbon cables lack the metallic colouration of the AG and CU-AG series conductors. It makes reproduction as natural as it can be. It creates a lively space and brings in ravishing detail. It is as excellent as the AG series, yet it takes the sound truth to an even higher level.
Anti-resonants made by ORCHESTRA Instruments s. r. o. (Ltd) are designed exclusively for audio applications where it is crucial to eliminate the occurring micro resonance caused by the outside influences, as well as the resonance inside of the devices and speaker systems.
Anti-resonants are made by combining certain fundamental elements and mono-crystalline silicone. The combination of those basic elements is the reason for the final product having unique properties and eliminating the micro resonance that can negatively influence the quality of music reproduction.

The Design Is Important
All my cables are handmade, which is the reason why the imperfections are actually so perfect. However, I believe that it is not just about functionality; the products have to look good as well. I always do my best as far as the design is concerned. If a product is designed well, the client gets to enjoy it both emotionally and visually.
The Developing Process Is My Passion
I discover, test, and create. I keep looking for new innovative ways to improve the things that are already perfect. Whenever I discover something new, it motivates me to get even better results. I use all the possible options available in order to keep discovering. Development is a journey, exploring is a passion.

Má první návštěva výstavy High End Praha a jediný pokoj, který můj výběr rozhodl. Zingali Twenty, zesilovač Orchestra a kabely Orchestra Instrumets. Jediná radost v mém obýváku. Mohu jen doporučit.
Po mnoha poslechových testech jsem se definitivně rozhodl pro kabely ORCHESTRA Instruments. Do mé sestavy přinesly mnohem lepší dynamiku, čistotu, prostor a rozlišení. Přešel jsem z vysokých modelů značky Audioquest, ale testoval jsem i kabely Oyade, DH Labs nebo Acoustic Revive. Ve všech připadech byly kabely Orchestra jednoznačně lepší. Sestava McIntosh, Sonus Faber Olympica III, Později pak Zingali Twenty, Orchestrta, Cyrus. Red Space, Carbon divine power, rca Divine light carbon. Maximální spokojenost.
Poprvé jsem se setkal s výrobky Orchestra Instrument na výstavě Audio-video-show Praha, která mě motivovala k návštěvě studia v Hranicích na Moravě. Jiří Pavelka svými výrobky nastavuje kruté zrcadlo celé řadě výrobců, jejichž produkty jsou obklopeny marketingovými příběhy… Stávající „značková kabeláž“ u mě fungovala jako brzda mezi zesilovačem a reproduktory. Jeho kabely rozehrají celou sestavu a to neskutečně. Postupně jsem upgradoval veškerou kabeláž a audiosestavu jsem doplnil i o antirezonanční prvky. Před zakoupením „značkové“ kabeláže doporučuji její porovnání s výrobky této firmy a garantuji, že výsledek Vám vyrazí dech.
Jednoznačně nejlepší kabeláž. Přes ruce mi už prošlo tolik značek a nikdy nebyl výsledek tak dokonalý. Definitivní a konečná výměna posledních kabelů Telos Black Reference za ORCHESTRU Instruments. Nezajímají mě jiné kabely. Z vynikajících nižších modelů jsem přesedlal na karbon rca divine light, RCA Andromeda sluchátkáč, napájecí elemental power a repro red space be-wire. Vřele doporučuji.
